Summary: Good location, within walking distance to the town proper. Reception staff friendly, helpful & accommodating, especially Olivia who seemed to be there 24/7 for the 1st 3 days of our stay. Appreciate the complimentary wine on check-in by team HIEX, specifically Olivia, Cerys, & Jessy, as a gift for our wedding anniversary & our son’s graduation. Room was clean & spacious enough, although housekeeping services left much to be desired. Beds were haphazardly made, cups/glasses weren’t washed, and coffee packets were not refilled. No free parking. Overall, still a worthwhile stay.
